- Pam Montgomery, that Muslim girl that didn't want to remove her headscarf/burka was never even hired by the clothing retailer. She alleged that the clothing retailer wouldn't hire her and discriminated against her. Personally, I agreed with it.

- Oh come off it. You could have used a reasonable salary in your example. Nobody is saying these guys should work for peanuts. But who in the effing world is worth a salary of $100m a year, huh? No one, that's who. No one is even worth $10m/year. It's outright simple f*cking greed is all.

- So Dan, you think it's just fine that the CEO made $100m last year, while someone's grandmother/mother/father/child was denied access to healthcare. Nobody is suggesting that anyone work for free, but where do you draw the line at what is reaonably expected and what is outright greed?

- I agree with everything you said HometownGirl. I know NHS is not perfect,a nd that postcode lotteries exist and legal/illegal immigrants are further taxing the system. Let's be honest here though, no system is perfect.

- Ok, first off there is nothing in the current reforms being considered that will create a single-payer system in the US. So do some research before making a comparison between the two, because what's being proposed isn't remotely similar.

- Wow! Such a lack of empathy should hardly be surprising, but I'm still taken aback by it. I have MS. I haven't told my company. Why, you ask? Because do you really think a company will hire someone who could have an episode and be in the hospital and therapy for 6+ months?
